You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@ritkeeps.us with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label and pickup instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, but our shipping is free — so you get the full purchase price back.
