What's Covered
- Structural defects in frame welds, tubing, and coatings under normal home use.
- Defective cables, pulleys, and mechanical components within their coverage window.
- Manufacturer defects on benches, plates, and dumbbells.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, commercial use, or improper assembly.
- Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or fading.
- Modifications made by the customer or third parties.
How to Make a Claim
Email support@ritkeeps.us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps — most claims are resolved with a free replacement part shipped to your door.
